The Reunion The Weyerbacher Family Reunion is held annually on the 2nd Sunday of July at Silver Creek Park on route 412 near Springtown, Springfield Township, Bucks County, PA. Picnic time is from 11am to 2pm, rain or shine. A short business meeting and entertainment follow the picnic. Church services are held at 8:00am and 9:30am at nearby Trinity Lutheran Church where the first Weyerbacher immigrants began worshipping about 1761. History of the ReunionThe current version of the Weyerbacher Family Reunion was begun in 1966 by the late Warren W. Wirebach (June 1, 1916 - December 8, 2011). Warren began his research of the Weyerbacher family in the 1960s with the late Dr. Lily Wirebach. On September 25, 1938, an earlier reunion was held at the farm of George Wirebach on California Road in Springfield Township.Officers of the Reunion
